Hi, I'm Peter Giaouris, a Toronto-based real estate professional who brings something most agents can't: a deep understanding of both the buying and selling process, as well as the renovation side of the business.

With nearly a decade of experience in the Toronto market, I specialize in helping clients buy smart, sell for top dollar, and renovate with purpose. My approach is simple: honest advice, responsive communication, and results that speak for themselves.

Earlier in my career, I was directly involved in the sales of several high-rise pre-construction developments across Toronto, totaling over $300 million in sales and more than 1,000 condominium units. In that role, I guided buyers through every step of the process, from understanding floor plans and layouts to reviewing closing costs, selecting finishes and materials, conducting unit walkthroughs, and preparing clients for final closings.

Whether you're a first-time buyer navigating a competitive market, a homeowner looking to maximize your sale price, or an investor exploring renovation opportunities, my goal is to make the process straightforward and stress-free.

Outside of real estate, you'll usually find me at the gym, catching a baseball game, exploring Toronto's late-night dining scene, spending time with family, or meeting new people and building connections in the city I'm proud to call home.
